Q: How soon will my order arrive upon purchase?

A: We process orders as soon as we receive them. To know the estimated arrival of your order, please click on “Shipping” on the T&C page to get the information you need.

Q: Do you track orders?

A: As part of our holistic service and with our aim to provide the best experience, we make sure that orders are properly tracked. When you finish the purchasing process from our website, we will then send you an email containing detailed shipping information on the same or the next business day.

Q: What are the modes of payment?

A: We’ve made sure that customers can shop online with ease so we partnered with an established ecommerce provider to process your payments. We accept all major credit cards as well as receive payment through Paypal.

Q: Do you offer express post on orders?

A: No, we do not provide express post on orders at the moment.

Q: Am I allowed to cancel an order? How do I this?

A: Please note that we cannot cancel your order when the item is already in  transit. However, you have the option of sending back the product to us as long as it has not been used and worn. After which, we can issue you a refund.

Q: Do you issue refunds?

A: There are various reasons why customers ask for a refund and as a company, we respect our customer’s right for refund after deeming it just and necessary. We urge you to visit our T&C page to know everything about refunding rules and process.

Q: Am I able to change my address?

A: Changing address may complicate the whole purchasing and shipping process, thus, we strongly advise that you be certain with the address you submit to us. If you have this issue, you may contact our service crew for assistance.
